In order to reshape and refocus its programs and services, CPSC has set different targets, one of which is facilitating preparation of skill standards in technical education and vocational training.  Comparative analysis was conducted from different occupational skill standards and job analysis of different countries.  This facilitated CPSC's need to standardize and harmonize qualification standards in Asia and the Pacific Region.
