For first time users, click the button to create a User Account: For registered users, please input your user ID and password below: User ID Password NOTE: Please use only Internet Explorer 5 or later for the Application.   Who May Register Any person irrespective of age, gender, religious belief and political affiliation with the following qualifications may register: Must be a senior official holding a regular plantilla position in the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources Development, Ministry of Labor and Employment, National Accreditation Board or any other relevant organization or holding an academic rank of at least an Assistant Professor/Principal or its equivalent; Must have at least ten (10) years experience in the education sector, five years of which are in human resource development with technical education and vocational training (TVET); Preferably a doctorate degree holder, or at least a master’s degree holder or its equivalent; Must be computer literate, effective communicator, and acknowledged leader in his/her discipline with a high standard of professionalism; Should be capable of making objective judgment; a good team leader/worker, free from social vices and is in good health. Duties and Responsibilities The successful applicant shall perform the following duties and responsibilities: to review and evaluate the self-survey/institutional survey materials prepared and provided by applicant institutions; to apply the criteria for evaluation developed for APACC institutional accreditation using interviews, on-site visits, observations and other evaluation techniques; to prepare reports and recommendations based on the evaluation of findings and submit the same to the designated APACC Committee; to conduct further evaluation of institutions appealing previous decisions. The Screening Process The screening process for an APACC accreditor is composed of two steps: Evaluation of Paper Qualifications. The applicant shall provide information in the application form which shall be reviewed and screened by a designated Committee. If an applicant is selected, he/she is eligible to attend workshops and trainings for Accreditors. Trainings and Workshops for Accreditors. The performance of each participant shall be evaluated by continuous monitoring, written examination and actual accreditation exercises. A certificate shall be issued to a successful participant thereafter recognizing him/her certified APACC accreditor.
