APACC is now going on in full swing with its activities. It has started its accreditation exercise in Philippines. Two institutions TESDA Women Center and International Academy of Film and Television in Cebu have already been accredited by APACC.

APACC in its information dissemination campaign is always eager to create and utilize the every opportunity in its reach. To strengthen the APACC Accreditation process in Philippines APACC team led by Dr. Suresh Kumar Dhameja, APACC Coordinator participated in the National Directorate Plus Provincial Directorates' Conference on June 3, 2008 where more than 100 delegates were present including all executive directors, directors and provincial directors of TESDA. Dr. Dhameja, took one orientation session speaking detail about APACC, its benefits, and the process of application, and evaluation.

Also speaking in the occasion Deputy Director General for Sectoral TVET, TESDA Milagros Dawa-Hernandez reiterated APACC as the only Regional Accrediting Body for TVET Institution in the Asia Pacific Region. She expressed her expectation that from 124 totals TTI 32 will apply for APACC accreditation this year. Executive Director Irene M. Isaac will be the focal point for coordinating all the accreditation related activities with APACC in the Philippines
